About Me
I decided to become a therapist because my own experience in therapy transformed my life. I felt lost and unhappy for a long time, unsure of who I was or what I truly needed. I was stuck in a cycle of helplessness and grief, and it wasn’t until I began therapy that I started to find the clarity and confidence I had been searching for.
Therapy helped me build the strength to make the changes I had long been longing for. It allowed me to rebuild my life from a place of self-compassion, authenticity, and purpose. I’ll never forget the moment I realized just how deeply therapy had impacted me. From that point forward, I knew that if I could support even one person the way my therapist supported me, I would be living a life filled with purpose and meaning. That moment sparked the path I’m on today and continues to inspire everything I do as a therapist.
Along my own journey, I’ve faced grief and loss—experiences that can feel isolating, heartbreaking, and overwhelming. But through that pain, I discovered something powerful: we have the capacity to heal and grow, even from our deepest wounds. Therapy became a place where I didn’t have to face my pain alone. It gave me the tools to be kinder to myself, to slow down and truly listen to my needs, and to communicate with more compassion and authenticity.
Just as therapy has been a source of healing and transformation in my own life, I’m here to offer that same kind of support to you. I truly believe that with self-compassion, patience, and consistent practice, you, too, can create meaningful change and live a more connected, authentic life.
